Cancellation Policy
Clients of Anything&Everything Cleaning Services: We are happy to acknowledge we are now serving a clientele of 80 families monthly and intend to grow more with our community and offer more services to help you and keep our business going with that in mind we cannot do our best if we are unable to keep a tight ship. Cancelations should be given more than 24 hours in advanced. Any weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or scheduled deep clean that gives cancelation notice less than 24 and hours before scheduled clean will be fined 50% of their cleaning fee for the cancelation. Exceptions will be made for crisis situations where are out of your control. For bi-weekly clients : Should you choose to skip a cleaning during the month you may be charged $20 – 40 added on to your next cleaning to make up for the missed clean. Priced is based on the size of your home and its details. For monthly clients: Should you skip your monthly clean we reserve the right to charge you $20-50 for the rescheduling up tp two weeks after your original clean was scheduled. After 4 weeks from your original clean we reserve the right to charge $100 to get you back to maintenance level. Anything 6 weeks and more will be reevaluated for deep clean pricing.
